Delete your Roost account

You can delete your account and everything in it at any time. Your profile, your search, your saved homes, and your Tracker notes and votes all go, and it cannot be undone.

In the app

Open Roost, go to Settings, tap Profile, then tap Delete Account.

Without the app

Type the email address on your account. We'll send you a link, and the link deletes your account.

If you signed in with Apple and chose to hide your email, use the app, or write to [email protected] from the address on your account.

What we keep

Records of past payments are kept without your name or email, for our accounts. Usage analytics are kept for up to seven years, and session recordings for 30 days. Write to [email protected] and we'll delete your analytics sooner.

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it first in Google Play (Payments and subscriptions) or on your iPhone (Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions).
